Conference FAQ

  • This is absolutely a family friendly event, and there will be many kids attending from babies to teenagers. We are working on some programing for kids, but we don’t have any specific childcare available. Kids are welcome to attend any of the workshops or discussions at their parents’ discretion.

  • If you are camping, you’ll need a tent, sleeping bag, bug repellent, garbage bags, flashlights, wet weather gear, snacks.

    Other items to consider:

Lawn chairs and/or picnic blankets to bring to the farm on Saturday, a reusable water bottle and a rosary.

  • The campsites are primitive. We will provide water and porta-johns. There are no showers or refrigeration at the campsite.

  • Food is not included in the ticket price. You are welcome to bring your own food camping and to the farm. Please be aware that there is no refrigeration or cooking equipment. There is electricity at the Shrine. We are also planning on having food trucks and/or boxed lunches available for purchase. More information forthcoming.

  • We love dogs but please leave them at home.

  • You are welcome to bring your RV but there at no hook ups at the camp site.

  • This event is rain or shine! Please pray for shine though. In the event of rain in the forecast, make sure to bring appropriate gear. There is covered space for eating and gathering and we will make the best with what we are given.

  • Yes. Boys are welcome to serve with their parents’ permission. Please contact us if your son would like to serve so we know in advance how many servers we will have.

If your son will be serving, please have him bring his own surplice and cassock.
